Our client, a world leader in the development, manufacturing, and sale of biopharmaceutical products, embarked on the construction of a new manufacturing suite adjacent to their existing production facility. BFC Technologies was invited to supply the process equipment and clean utility services (WFI and Pure Steam) to facilitate the new build project. In keeping with our philosophy of putting our customers first, we collaborated with our client throughout the design phase to successfully deliver cost-effective, high-quality systems according to the project schedule.
A global leader in healthcare requested the services of BFC to design and build 21 customized filtration skids in support of their capacity expansion. Our multidisciplinary team worked with our client’s best interests to deliver validated systems, packaged and ready for installation ahead of the completed building. Our client, an award-winning biopharmaceutical contract services company, required a custom heat treatment system delivered within 16 weeks. BFC worked tirelessly to provide an innovative, high-quality solution within a very tight deadline. Our inherent team-based approach meant that we were able to collaborate with our client and work towards a common goal. Despite having very little buffer in the project schedule, we were able to deliver the system in time for the scheduled shutdown.
